Age Restriction & Service Scope Statement

All functions and services provided by Zorlen are exclusively open to users aged 18 and above. Persons under the age of eighteen are prohibited from registering accounts, uploading landscape pictures, creating textual diaries and accessing all core modules of this application. The platform has no intention of providing services for minors and will never collect any data related to underage users. Any unauthorized access and usage by minors will result in permanent account ban, and all corresponding legal liabilities shall be borne independently by the user and their legal guardians.

1. Policy Purpose & Binding Agreement

This privacy policy is formulated to standardize the data processing mechanism, clarify user privacy rights, and regulate the daily operation behavior of Zorlen service operator (hereinafter referred to as “Operator”). This policy applies to all users who access, register and use our landscape diary check-in service. Your act of browsing, uploading photos and creating scenic diaries within the application represents that you have fully understood, recognized and agreed to abide by all terms stipulated in this policy. If you disagree with any clause herein, you shall immediately terminate the use of this application.

2. Types of Processed User Data

The Operator always adheres to the core principle of data minimization and purpose limitation. We only collect and process data that is indispensable to realize landscape diary recording and classified management functions, and refuse excessive and unnecessary data collection. The data involved in service operation is divided into the following two categories:

2.1 Scenery Diary Content

It refers to all original content independently created by users, including landscape photos captured or collected by users, travel notes, scenery descriptions, mood records and other customized text diary content. All diary resources and intellectual property rights belong to the user who created the content.

2.2 Basic Service Maintenance Data

Anonymized and desensitized auxiliary data automatically generated during application operation, including device basic attributes, application access frequency, functional crash logs and abnormal error feedback. Such data cannot be used to identify individual users and is only used for internal operational maintenance, performance optimization and version iterative updates.

3. Data Authorization Rules & Usage Boundaries

Users voluntarily grant the Operator a limited, revocable, non-commercial exclusive authorization. The authorization scope is only limited to realizing basic functions such as content storage, diary classification, in-app query and page display of landscape check-in records. The Operator strictly promises that without the explicit written authorization of users, all user-generated diary content will not be leased, shared or copied for commercial marketing, third-party cooperation, algorithm training and other extended purposes unrelated to the core service.

4. File Cache & Data Storage Rules

To balance user experience and data privacy security, this application adopts a temporary cache storage mechanism. The platform will temporarily cache users’ uploaded landscape pictures and edited diary content to ensure the normal display of check-in entries during use. The Operator will not permanently store user private diary data on the server side.

After users actively delete specified diary entries or abandon the corresponding content, the cached data will be cleared synchronously and permanently. Users have absolute control over all scenery photos and text diaries. The Operator cannot retrieve any deleted diary data for users under any circumstances.

5. Full-Range User Data Control Rights

As the exclusive owner of all landscape check-in diaries, users enjoy comprehensive autonomous management rights throughout the entire service cycle: freely upload, edit, classify and delete landscape photos and supporting text diaries; view and browse historical check-in records at any time; export favorite diary content to local device; adjust diagnostic data collection permissions according to personal preferences; revoke data authorization and permanently cancel registered accounts. The platform will never charge additional fees for users to exercise the above legitimate rights.

6. Third-Party Isolation & Information Disclosure

Zorlen adopts an independent closed-loop operating system and realizes complete physical isolation from all third-party platforms. The application does not embed any third-party tracking SDKs, advertising components and external data sharing interfaces. The Operator adheres to a zero-disclosure policy for user private diary content and never transmits user data to any external organizations or individuals in daily operation.

Data disclosure is only permitted under mandatory statutory scenarios: responding to valid judicial subpoenas and formal administrative investigation orders issued by legally authorized national competent departments; fulfilling statutory obligations to respond to sudden public safety emergencies.

7. User Usage Specifications & Responsibilities

When using the landscape check-in diary service, users need to abide by international network security regulations and regional copyright protection laws. Users are prohibited from uploading scenery pictures and text content involving illegal acts, violent elements, pornographic information, discriminatory remarks and third-party portrait and copyright infringement. All legal risks, civil compensation liabilities and administrative penalties arising from users’ illegal behaviors shall be borne solely by the relevant user.

8. Policy Update Mechanism & Dispute Settlement

The Operator reserves the right to revise, supplement and update this privacy policy according to service function iteration, data security upgrade and changes in national relevant laws and regulations. The updated policy clauses will be released on the dedicated privacy page inside the application with the latest update date marked conspicuously. Users’ continued use of the diary check-in service after the policy update takes effect shall be deemed as acceptance of the revised clauses.

All disputes arising from the interpretation and implementation of this policy shall be resolved through priority email negotiation. If the two parties fail to reach an agreement through negotiation, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the judicial authority of the Operator’s location for final adjudication.
